*    Oracle Functional User Analyst *

*Position Summary: *

The Oracle Functional User Analyst position will report to the Oracle Functional User Analyst Manager. The ideal candidate will serve as the conduit between the Oracle Functional Users and the IT Development Team. This position will be a supporting analyst for all LECO's Oracle systems project initiatives and will partner closely with many other departments within the corporation to achieve these goals.  Learning many of LECO's Oracle modules will be a requirement of this position which will provide exposure into many different areas of the company. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated ability to multi-task, who is proactive and works well as part of a team.

*Position Responsibilities: *

• Gain & Maintain knowledge of all Oracle Modules through Oracle provided training & conventions/user groups.
• Working with Functional Users to learn current processes.  Determine all Oracle requirements and identify opportunities for functional improvements to maximize the effectiveness of the systems.
• Assist with or create necessary documentation of processes within each functional department/group in a clear and well-organized manner including SOP's and training manuals.
• Provide end user support and assist to resolve issues.
• Testing when any new patches are loaded into Oracle and design of basic test scripts to ensure system integrity. 
• Troubleshoot system problems, identify cause of problems, work with appropriate groups to correct problem.
• Part of a Team that will be involved in the design and implementation phases for all the projects assigned providing functional analysis to ensure that the project does what is expected and is completed in a timely manner.
• Collaboration with Developers to ensure smooth transition to Functional Users.

*Position Requirements: *

• 1 year experience working with Oracle systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
