Otis développe son activité et recherche un assistant commercial (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Saint Jean le Blanc (45)

Sous la responsabilité de votre Directeur d’agence ou Chef des ventes, vous êtes responsable du suivi et de la relance des propositions de travaux de réparation envoyées aux clients. Son objectif est de faire progresser le taux de transformation de ces propositions et d’augmenter le CA de la zone opérationnelle.

Ce poste peut être ouvert à 80%

Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Emission et suivi des devis

• Relance clients

• Mise à jour de la base de données CRM

• Participation à l'activité chiffrage

• Travailler à l'amélioration des indicateurs

• Assurer la satisfaction clients

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Vous disposez d'un BAC+2 BAC+3 en commerce, Gestion Relation Clients

• Vous disposez d'une première expérience sur une fonction similaire

• Organisé(e) et autonome, vous avez le sens du service et de la relation clients

• Votre écoute client, votre sens de l’équipe et votre excellence opérationnelle feront la différence

• Vous êtes reconnus pour votre curiosité et votre appétence pour la technique

• Vous avez une bonne expression orale et un bon relationnel
