The right Administrative Assistant for this role will be able to handle the following:
Fielding telephone calls
Communications with customers and clients
Run daily reports
Special projects for the team
Manage the calendar, file and data entry for several teams
Requirements
2-3 years experience with data entry and CSR role or 1-2 year(s) admin role
MS office
Multi-line phone system experience
