Overview Coborn's, Inc., headquartered in St. Cloud, Minnesota is seeking a solutions-driven and collaborative information technology leader to join our team as Vice President of Information Technology (VP IT). Our organization continues to grow, and we've identified a need for an experienced individual to help lead our IT team and advance our IT business processes and systems. As a member of our senior leadership team, this role will be responsible for working collaboratively with all areas of our business to offer value-added solutions to challenges, identifying and providing recommendations on process and system improvements, developing and expanding vendor partnerships, and developing their leadership team to elevate and transform the IT partnerships across our company. The work of this role will align in three key areas - strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership & relationship management. We're on the search for someone who will actively champion continuous improvement opportunities and bring innovative ideas and solutions to drive efficiency across the organization. You can expect to: Proactively partner with business areas - Operations, Merchandising, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Asset Protection and others to evaluate current systems and technology and recommend modifications to ensure the systems, software, and tools available meet the needs of our growing organization Provide strategic vision and leadership of all aspects of IT management and IT operations across the company - build, manage, develop, and lead a high-functioning team Develop annual IT plans according to business goals and requirements. Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure budgets in cooperation with other business areas, develop and support budget proposals , and oversee budget implementation following approval. Develop and regulate best practices for IT governance, security, and enterprise standards that are compliance And more!
