RELX INC Quality Test Engineer I in St Cloud, Minnesota

Quality Test Engineer 1 - This role must sit in Minnesota

About the role: This is an entry-level position in Quality Assurance Testing that is responsible for learning QA methodologies and assisting in ensuring compliance.

You will be tasked with Software Development tasks as well as Quality Test Engineering Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with process improvement and compliance to successfully and consistently deliver high-quality software products and services on a timely basis.

  • Working across teams to enhance quality functional testing by identifying and helping to implement initiatives that will improve capability and efficiency.

  • Ensure results of root cause analysis are addressed.

  • Participate in project reviews.

  • Escalate issues and decisions to senior QA team members.

  • Working collaboratively with Tech and QA Team members to drive Software Testing.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Have in interested in Quality Test Engineering. Possess an inquisitiveness to want to learn new things.

  • Have the ability to assist with process improvement and compliance.

  • Possess the basic understanding of functional testing. We able to work with in a well established testing team.

  • Have the basic understanding of root cause analysis.

  • Possess the ability to actively participate in project review discussions.

  • Have basic knowledge of software products.

  • Possess a good attention to detail.

  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Minnesota.$51,700.00 - $86,200.00
