Coborn's, Incorporated Overnight Service Desk Analyst I in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Overview Are you a night owl with a passion for Technology? The Coborn's IT Help Desk is hiring an overnight Service Desk Technician to help provide 24-hour support to our retail and non-retail locations. In this role, you will provide application, computer, network, telecom, and general point-of-sale support to Coborn's end users. You will also escalate tickets to other IT team members to ensure issues are resolved as promptly as possible. The overnight schedule is designed to allow for work-life balance and this position does have the ability to move to daytime/1stshift when positions become available. Schedule: Thursday Morning: 1:30am-7:30am - 5 Hours with 1 Hour Lunch Thursday Evening to Friday Morning: 7:30pm-7:30pm - 11 Hours with 1 Hour Lunch Friday Evening to Saturday Morning: 7:30pm-8:30pm - 12 Hours with 1 Hour Lunch Saturday Evening to Sunday Morning: 7:30pm - 8:30am - 12 Hours with 1 Hour Lunch Sunday to Monday: Day Off Monday to Tuesday: Day Off Tuesday to Wednesday Evening: Day Off Requirements Additional duties include Log incoming support requests in a timely fashion, and update with appropriate, and accurate detail following pre-defined standards. Perform proactive & reactive monitoring of networked devices through monitoring tools and monitor and react to website performance alerts and issues. Collaborate with Service Desk team members during planned and unplanned outages, including sending regular updates to key store leadership and senior leadership to ensure they are aware of current outages until resolution. Collaborate with, and work on projects as assigned by the IT Support Services Supervisor, or in collaboration with other IT team members. Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. IT Support role experience is preferred.
