Boyd Gaming SLOT SUPV in St. Charles, Missouri
What would I be doing?
To oversee all areas on the casino floor to ensure the ultimate guest satisfaction. To provide prompt, friendly service to all guests and team members. To build guest loyalty to ensure return visits. Demonstrate leadership skills to improve guest loyalty and team member development.
Responsibilities
Safeguard Company assets. Verify bank checkouts and variances.
Ensure that Company and departmental policies are maintained.
Acts in relation to team members, guests, and/or general public in a manner consistent with the best interests of the organization.
Thorough understanding of the Internal Control Regulations as pertains to the Slot Operation.
Must be flexible with floor assignments/schedules.
Process and complete Hopper Fills, Auxiliary Fills, Preventive Fills, and Jackpots.
Fix minor malfunctions on the slot machines. (i.e. coin jam, bill jams, etc.)
Supervise all team members on the floor and encourage them to succeed by delivering Star Service Standards.
Ensures compliance with Federal Currency Reporting Regulations.
What are we looking for?
Previous management or supervisory experience desired.
Good communication skills and team building skills desired.
Demonstrates ability in coaching and developing subordinates.
