Job Title: Quality & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Nuffield Health - Highfield Park Dr, St Albans

Reporting to: Compliance Manager

Hours/Working Pattern: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid working) - 40hrs inc. 60min unpaid lunch

Overview:

To deliver a high quality administrative function to the account.

Processing worksheets, Checking compliance, Processing Compliance documents, Utilising clients CAFM system. Ensure all CBRE & client procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities – Quality & Compliance:

•Ensure timely management of the compliance inbox, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.

•Updating tracking documents.

•Processing tasks from service complete to billing stage.

•Liaising with internal engineering team and contractors.

•Finance Reviews

•Orders receipted to match PPM works delivered (Coupa system/Receipting etc)

Subcontractors:

•Process notification of planned visit dates and update clients CAFM system.

•Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time.

•Report and investigate on contractor performance.

Qualities

•Microsoft office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook and Excel.

•Good Verbal and written communication skills.

Accountabilities:

•Reporting to Compliance Manager

•Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts

•Responsibility to process and monitor compliance documentation.
