Description
As a member of the Hospital\'s senior management team, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will:
- Participate in functional decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital\'s mission, in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare clinical matters that could have an impact on the success of the hospital.
- Oversee multiple departments within the hospital as assigned and work collaboratively with other leaders and internal stakeholders to develop, maintain and improve patient care programs and operations.
- Report directly to the CNO and in the absence of the CNO, the ACNO may be required to interpret hospital policy and provide guidance.
