Overview

The lead ME shall serve as the subject-matter-expert (SME) for all mechanical systems at NCE.

Responsibilities

• Advise mechanical technicians in troubleshooting system malfunctions

• Develop, implement and regularly review all mechanical preventative maintenance plans meet OEM standards

• Perform overall capacity management (maintain building calculations to manage supply available with loads required)

• Ensure building modifications comply with all code requirements and original design intent for NCE.
