Join The Red Gate Group in Springfield, VA, as a GEOINT Program Specialist supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and maintaining project plans and program requirements for Exercises, Experiments & Demonstrations events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation for assigned events.

  • Identify and evaluate new technologies within NGA to enhance Exercise, Experiment & Demonstration participation.

  • Integrate new concepts and technologies into existing planning efforts to support MMIR-supported exercises.

  • Assist in developing alternatives, prototypes, evaluations, and briefings to meet office requirements and process improvement goals.

  • Coordinate updates to internal and external websites to ensure accurate information dissemination (SBU, SIPRNet/Copper, NGANet)

  • Provide analytical studies, reports, and communications to support office objectives.

  • Record, track, and report action item status to support efficient office operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active TS/SCI

  • Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience and  6  (six) years of specialized experience with GEOINT research and developments

  •  Experience with general DoD and/or IC use of GEOINT

  • Familiarity with emerging GEOINT capabilities

  • Ability to liaise across DoD or IC organizations 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • TS/SCI w/ CI Poly preferred

  • Bachelors' degree or higher in Engineering, GIS, Geography, or related field.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

  • Experience applying Project Management Institute (PMI) tools and techniques

  • Experience advising the government on project tasks relating to engineering, testing, integration, transition, deployment, operations and sustainment
