Job Title: Mechanical Design EngineerJob Description

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for no-bake foundry operations.- Utilize SolidWorks for creating detailed designs and simulations.- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of foundry equipment, with a focus on hydraulic systems.- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes.- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs.- Analyze and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.- Prepare technical reports and documentation.- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.- Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Experience in SolidWorks

• Ability to design new products and troubleshoot legacy products

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Ohio.

Work Environment

Some customer support travel required (10%), daily onsite4, 9 hour shifts onsite - 4 hours remote
