Machine Operator Assembler 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am $17 to $18 Per Hour G488
A Springfield, OH warehouse needs a CNC Machine Operator to work second shift. The business offers a laid back and enjoyable work environment. The ideal candidate has previous CNC and assembly experience.
* CNC Operator Responsibilities:*
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other CNC machining centers
- Load and unload workpieces, change tooling as needed
- Edit program inputs to accommodate part specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tooling
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools for quality control
- Assist with assembly and other duties as assigned
* Required Skills:*
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, horizontal/vertical machining centers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong math skills and understanding of G-code programming
- Quality focused with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with hand tools and operating manual machines a plus
