If youre up for a rewarding challenge, we invite you to take the first step and apply today.Summary: Drives truck equipped with auxiliary concrete mixer to deliver concrete mix to job sites by performing the following duties.Pay Rate:$18 - $20.50/per hour based on experienceEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Drives truck under loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, cement, admixtues and water and starts mixer.Fills water tank with water.Drives truck to location for unloading.Moves levers on truck to release concrete down truck chute into wheelbarrow or other conveying container or directly into area to be poured with concrete.Cleans truck after loading and delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in/on mixer and on truck.Carries and assembles concrete chute(s).Climb ladder attached after loading to inspect the concrete for the proper slump requirement.Fill out the delivery ticket with delivery times, receiving signature, water added and other information as directed by management.Use the radio and GPS status units to communicate with dispatch.Interacts with customers and contractors at job sites.Daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Safety Exams completed and signed. This is your first line of defense in protecting yourself from any potential Safety Hazards. You will be trained how to do these exams properly.
