QPS Employment Group Material Handler in Springfield, Missouri
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Material Handler for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role.
Material Handler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Receive, ship, load, and unload materials/parts from suppliers or carriers - Material may be unloaded from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, with forklift, or other material handling device - Visually inspect incoming pieces/parts for compliance and obvious damage; inform Quality if necessary - Load and unload trucks using a forklift and pallet jacks - Keep inventory records organized - Palletize product - Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Material Handler Requirements: - Forklift experience preferred - Must have own steel toed boots - Four panel drug screen - Hearing protection - supplied by company - Safety glasses - supplied by company - Dust mask - provided by company
