Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our client's team based in Springfield, Missouri. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing complex schedules, organizing meetings, and handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements.

• Plan and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

• Serve as the main point of contact for communications, drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence with a professional and responsive approach.

• Develop and maintain custom reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.

• Assist with various projects by conducting research, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting functions to maintain accurate records, process applications, and monitor customer accounts.

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) as part of the overall financial management of the organization.

• Assist in preparing the annual budget and schedule meetings as required.

• Manage calendar events and ensure optimal use of time.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Accounting Functions is necessary

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Familiarity with Annual Budget management is a must

• Expertise in scheduling meetings and managing calendars

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment

• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

• Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role is preferred
