Penmac Staffing Customer Service Representative in SPRINGFIELD, Missouri
$15 an hour
Will start at 30 hours per week for 2 week, then work anywhere between 30-40 hours. Person must have flexibility to work ANY day of the week. They try and give 1 full weekend off per month. Penmac is staffing for a Customer Service rep answering multiple calls from different businesses. This is a temp to hire position.
Schedule after training might be more in the following shifts: It could be a variety of hours. I feel mainly afternoon and evening hours such as 11-7, 12-8, 10-6, 1-9, 3-11, etc. Of course training will be all types of hours as early as 7am or as late as 10pm, any day of the week.
Responsibilities: Taking incoming phone calls from customers for various companies and relaying messages Using automated system to type message details Using computer system and phone system simultaneously
Qualifications: Ability to multi-task phone and computer Accurate spelling Must meet requirements for typing, data entry and spelling Basic customer service skills
Must have weekend availability Saturday and Sunday Ability to have a flexible schedule Temp to Hire position.
Business hours are between 7 am-11 pm. Ability to present needed schedule. Will have one full weekend off per month.
