MAT Holdings, Inc Warehouse Clerk in Springfield, Minnesota

Will process paperwork to support the shipping department to ensure on time shipments and order processing to the customer.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Will prepare shipping documents including packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels for domestic and international shipments.

  • Will confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages.

  • Will ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Must be safety conscious, quality minded, have good work habits and attendance.

  • Calls trucking companies (carriers) for pick-ups

  • Will use computer to track product, line up truck carriers, process freight claims, etc.

  • Helps answer incoming phone calls

  • Must be willing to work overtime.

  • Must be flexible in the department and help wherever needed, possibly in other departments.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
