As Training Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Safety, Quality, and Training departments under the supervision of the Safety and Quality Manager. You will focus on organizing data, preparing reports, and managing training and testing schedules.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain schedules for training, credentialing, and testing, including new hire training and retraining for current employees.
Notify employees and their supervisors of upcoming training and testing schedules.
Create, compile, and manage databases containing credential statuses and ensure written and performance-based training are properly recorded.
Process and file invoices from vendors and handle employee PPE inquiries and reimbursements.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies for training and breakrooms, including coordinating meal arrangements for training events.
Assist in preparing review material for students, duplicating content as needed.
Utilize internal programs to develop reports and presentations on safety, quality, and employee engagement statistics and metrics.
Attend meetings to take notes, document action items, and provide follow-up support for the team.
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership.
What You'll Have
3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changes when creating schedules.
Strong problem-solving and prioritizing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative abilities to design and implement learning content and activities.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment.
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late, when necessary, with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing.
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
