Interested in joining our team of dedicated professionals? Way Finders is currently seeking a full-time Residential Shift Supervisor. The Residential Shift Supervisor furthers our mission through the successful administration of all assigned family shelter programs, including proactive oversight of policies and procedures, and through their ongoing support, training, and guidance to staff to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will work onsite. Weekly schedule is four days between Monday-Friday (4pm - 12 midnight) plus either Saturday or Sunday 9am - 5pm. The candidate will work in a hybrid-remote manner. Occasional on-call duties are required.
