Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Title IV-E and Medicaid Supervisor. Under administrative direction, this position will manage and direct the operations of the Departments Title IV-E and Medicaid programs on a statewide basis. The position will direct, coordinate, and provide oversight to subordinate supervisors regarding the activities of staff responsible for the determination of eligibility for Title IV-E, Medicaid, TANF-Emergency Assistance, Long Term Care, and COBRA. This position provides a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is interested in playing a role in ensuring the appropriate application of federal benefit programs in the course of the Departments operations. Job Responsibilities
1. Serves as Title IV-E and Medicaid Supervisor
2. Serves as Full line supervisor
3.Reviews, monitors, and oversees the Agencys Title IV-E, Medicaid, and TANF-Emergency Assistance eligibility determination quality assurance program
4. Provides oversight of the unit\'s attainment and utilization of Social Security Administration benefits information
5. Coordinates and conducts a variety of special projects
6. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
