The Senior Compliance Analyst will actively contribute as a member of a team of compliance auditors conducting independent audit and risk oversight activities of company locations worldwide.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the plan and design of compliance audit strategy and program.
  • Perform anti-bribery and anti-corruption (FCPA), privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and any other compliance audit.
  • Work with the key compliance stakeholders to identify and remediate emerging issues and non-compliant issues - update the audit strategy and program appropriately and timely
  • Assist in fraud detection and perform audits in high-risk areas of fraud by performing data collection and analytics, identifying risks/outliers, documenting, auditing and communicating results
  • Understand company\'s compliance policies/procedures and applicable laws/regulations.
  • Assist in internal investigation of suspected or potential non-compliant activity.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties and projects (i.e., SOX audit) as may be necessary and assigned.
  • Proactively coach compliance analysts related to their responsibilities as necessary.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic knowledge and experience with FCPA and other compliance audit and/or forensic accounting is a big plus.
  • Experience with data analytics and related skills that enable effective risk and issue detection, assessment and resolution is a big plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and guidance.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak) required.

Work Environment

  • This is largely a sedentary role.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Typically requires domestic and international travel less than 10% of the time.

This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
