The City of Springfield is seeking individuals to participate in the Police Patrol Officer Examination process, which will begin in October 2024. Duties of a sworn officer include, but are not limited to, routine patrol, preliminary investigations, suspect apprehension and arrest, and initial processing of evidence and property.An orientation session will be held on: Monday, September 30, 2024 5:00 p.m. location: Municipal Center West, 300 S. 7th Street, third floor Please let us know that you will be attending by sending an email.
