- Subject to management approval, serves as the Mainframe Operations Manager for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT)
- Serves as a full-line supervisor
- Confers with DoIT leadership, DoIT G/CIOs, auditors, DoIT managers, and staff
- Performs project and system management duties for mainframe hardware and software
- Prepares Invitation for Bid specifications and Requests for Proposal technical and service specifications
- Coordinates with DoITs Office of Learning and Development to assist with the planning, development, and coordination of training events, conferences, and related development programs for CTO staff
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
