Position Summary

The Implementation Analyst (IA) manages the overall project management for clinical offering implementations and coding for all the Clinical Non-Adjudication offerings (50+ individual offerings at any point in time).

Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

• Apply both general and detailed knowledge of PBM offerings and up to 10 systems to implement complex clinical offerings within tight timelines and with high quality.

• Act as a subject matter expert in focused product areas (eg, Formulary, Specialty) and lines of business (eg, Commercial, Aetna, coalitions, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, etc.), and must be able to manage multiple, complex implementations with other internal teams and with business-critical deadlines.

• Partners with our Sales, Operations, Product Development, Finance, Member Communications, IT, and Client Implementation teams to support opportunities through new product development and new/existing client assignments.Required Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of experience with Large Data Sets - 2 plus years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, Access).

• Project Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 plus years PBM or related health industry experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Links, AdvanceClinical, RetroDur and the RxClaim adjudication systems a plus

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality

​ - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments to drive the implementation of clinical offerings to meet target deadlines

• Excellent Communication skills

• Bachelor's DegreeEducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$19.52 - $42.91

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
