Summary:
The Senior PDC Project Manager leads the design and construction process to ensure that best value projects are developed for internal customers at Arkansas Children's.

Description
- Leads the design and construction process to ensure that best value projects are developed for internal customers.
2.Coordinates engineering and feasibility studies as needed based on the project(s).
Develops and manages project(s) budget and schedule.
Ensures project team coordination to achieve project(s) scope, schedule and budget.
Provides value analysis ideas throughout the design and construction process
Ensures that the project(s) meets client’s functional and operational needs.
Accountable for all project communication between customers and project team.
Establishes alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program.
Understands and administers AC Project Management Process.
Attends all planning and design meetings and participate in problem solving.
Reviews project(s) design documents for accuracy and completeness including feedback from key stakeholders.
Develops, monitors and is accountable for project(s) budget and schedule.
Ensures adherence to project(s) drawings and specifications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
