Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Springboro, Ohio

Description We are offering a role for a Help Desk Analyst II in the service industry, located in Springboro, Ohio. The candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including responding to and resolving help desk tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, and providing network support.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to help desk tickets and inquiries from end-users regarding tech-related issues • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems reported by end-users • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware devices and software applications • Providing support for network infrastructure and troubleshooting network connectivity issues • Managing user access across multiple systems • Assisting end-users with IT-related training and education • Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data • Managing daily backups and ensuring the integrity of backup processes • Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations • Providing remote assistance to end-users who are working off-site or experiencing technical issues that can be resolved remotely • Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and seeking opportunities to improve IT support processes and enhance end-user experience. Requirements Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11. • Deep understanding and experience with Active Directory. • Ability to troubleshoot and manage Computer Hardware. • Experience in Configuration Management is a must. • Proven experience in Deskside Support. • Knowledge of Desktop Hardware and its troubleshooting. • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Network Printers. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure. • Relevant certifications in IT and Customer Service are highly desirable.
