Our client is looking to bring on a long term contract Sr. UX Researcher to join their team. This person will be required to be on site 5 days a week in Spring, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience working on internal enterprise applications. Someone who has only worked mobile, customer facing applications won't be a good fit for this role.

Description:

• Develop research strategies that will not only answer known questions but may reveal previously unidentified factors that should be considered.

• Design and conduct generative and evaluative research.

• Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data.

• Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.

• Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities.

• Scope problems and objectives that may not be clear to stakeholders and project teams.

• Advocate and evangelize to teams who are not yet familiar with UX design and research.

Pay Range: $60/hr - $80/hr
