In this role, youll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, youll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Youll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

• On the sales floor, youll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
• Youll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers needs.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Experience: 6 months of work experience required.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Well provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Shift: Full Time / Varied schedule / Work hours

between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. (Employer will discuss during interview)

Pay Details: $60,000.00 annually (Employer will discuss during interview)
