HP Inc. Product Management Intern for WSS Managed Services Insights in Spring, Texas
As a Product Management intern, within our Workforce Services & Solutions business, you will:
Develop product roadmaps, document technical user stories, and define product requirements,
Partner cross-functionally to ideate, prioritize and deliver frictionless customer experiences, quick time to market, and optimal resources
Help our product teams gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Develop business case analysis and create buy-in for the product vision with key stakeholders.
Work with senior product managers and software engineers to deliver on the product roadmap in a fast-paced environment.
Work with development teams to build the product backlog and ensure that project development is on track,
Provide regular updates about program progress, issues, and risks to your program sponsor
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
Passion for delivering customer-centric outcomes.
Flexible thinker who is open to new, and possibly unorthodox, ways of solving a problem.
Inquisitive and curious nature. Love to learn new products, work with them, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Comfortable working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving.
Bachelor's degree 2nd year of master's program completed.
