HP Inc. Head of PS Supply Chain Markets Execution in Spring, Texas
Mission & Tasks
Lead the PS Execution central team to provide single interface to PSO with high level of collaboration. On a WW scale across HP’s all geographical Markets, own accountability for all Personal Systems product categories (Notebooks, Desktops, Workstations, Monitors and Accessories), also including PS services. The Head of PS SC Execution has the primary mission to:
Secure that all PS Orders get delivered per customers’ expectation on a Worldwide basis.
Maximize Personal Systems Revenues based on available supply of components.
Solve all PS Customer Escalations when caused by execution delays.
Own Inventory on PS products in transit from factories or in local Distribution Centers.
Develop a world-class organization supporting Digital Transformation.
Lead large, cross-functional teams or projects that include Operations Execution and Planning.
Excellent consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
Adept at managing complexity and ambiguity, while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Excellent people management skills, including managing global teams and partnering across functions.
Passion for building diverse teams and strives to create an inclusive culture.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization (executives, management, SMEs).
Practices building strong, influential relationships with stakeholders in the business, operations, and other functional groups .
Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 15+ years post-masters experience leading SC Operations related business experience.
2+ years of experience in Planning enterprise leadership in the technology or hardware industry.
Extensive experience in working with Business Leadership, e.g. Divisional CEO, CIO, Market or Product Owners, to define and align enterprise architecture to strategic plans and commercial objectives.
Extensive experience collaborating with CIO and IT Leadership.
Experience working with in global SC organizations operating within, SC COEs, Manufacturing, Logistics and global Sales teams.
