About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of ExxonMobil Supply Chain (EMSC) and contribute to the success of a growing Product Solutions (EMPS) business. Benzene Supply Coordinators serve an essential role in the supply chain, scheduling marine movements in and out of our manufacturing plants and terminal storage locations to drive value. Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMSC or other functions/business lines within EMPS, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.

This position will be located at our headquarters in Spring, TX near Houston, TX.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate and execute material marine movements between our plants, terminals and customers

• Plan, coordinate and execute marine feedstock purchases from suppliers to our plants and terminals

• Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, plants, and third-party service providers to execute supply plans in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Vet marine vessels prior to movements

• Obtain inspector services for quantity/quality determination

• Input orders and monitor SAP reports; detect and resolve issues in the order to cash process

• Serve as key interface between accounting and the business line ensuring third parties are paid accurately and timely

• Coordinate SAP Master Data set-up and troubleshooting for customer masters, vendor masters, material information, routes, plants, and services

• Develop supply chain improvement initiatives to drive value chain capture and deep understanding of optimization, logistics, market conditions and operational costs

• Ensure adherence to credit guidelines, regulatory and quality compliance, transportation policies and other specific controls

About you

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant technical field

• 3+ years experience in supply coordination / scheduling

• Desire to have long term career in Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Super strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to create structure

• Adaptable in a fast-paced 24/7 environment

• Team player with excellent communication skills; must be customer focused and have ability to build relationships

• Demonstrate commercial intensity and continuous improvement mindset

• Able to work with diverse group of individuals and effectively manage external relationships

• System knowledge with demonstrated ability to learn and efficiently execute a transactional system

• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
