ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant II in Spring, Texas

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of a supportive environment, assisting various departments and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Pay Range: 29.00

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, and answering phones.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and assist in obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.

  • Work on special projects that involve recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

  • Manage, train, and mentor other office staff while handling confidential and sensitive data.

What's Needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems.

  • • SharePoint Site Administrator (SCA)• WebCAT local administrator• Ordering supplies and materials on p-card• Records Management Guide Coordinator• Create and maintain email distribution lists• Submit EMConnect tickets for various issues (IT, office building, etc)• Manage SAP and LAN access requests
