Description:

Heartwood Lodge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership ability, a passion for working with families, and a talent for mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Work closely with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance their experience at our facility.

  • Mentor and support nursing and administrative staff, promoting professional development and growth.

  • Manage the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

  • Ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements and standards.

  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.

Qualifications:

  • License: Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator License.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with families, staff, and residents.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial management within a healthcare environment.

  • Commitment: Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of residents.
