Job Title: Assistant Chief Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Assistant Chief Engineer with experience in Building Automation Systems, including setting up trends and alarms, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments to control points. The role requires expertise in HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, air cooling, VAV’s, and a deep understanding of the Refrigerant cycle. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising engineers and maintenance technicians while possessing a willingness to teach. This position offers the opportunity to oversee significant redevelopment projects and grow within the organization.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Spring House, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a lab space/office space combination across 14 different buildings, ranging from minimally occupied to fully operational spaces. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with minimal on-call requirements.
