Job Summary

[This position is responsible to assist the adult residents of St. Margaret's Shelter move constructively and in a planned manner towards achieving personal independence. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""} 

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities

[Maintain resident records, daily log and other documentation.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Provide feedback, as needed, to assist residents with solving problems and conflict resolution.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Provide oversight for residents of policies and procedures to ensure that St. Margaret's Shelter rules are being followed.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Carry out shift responsibilities to ensure the ongoing safety, cleanliness and smooth operation of St. Margaret's facility.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Ensure that donations are sorted and distributed according to Pearl guidelines.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Answer the phone and complete phone intakes.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Assist residents, as needed, with urgent care issues and provide case management services as needed]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Ensure that house rules are being followed.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Provide leadership and appropriate response in the case of an emergency.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Perform as a team member to assure that productivity outcome measures are achieved.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[When scheduled for the overnight shift, ensure the security system is armed.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Uses appropriate administrative, fiscal, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of CCEW client protected health information (PHI), per regulations outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
