About the Role: This position is responsible for various quality control review functions related to loans. Primary responsibilities include review of the Loan Detail Report prior to submission to Loan Support Services for accuracy and completeness They will partner with the Relationship Teams to ensure operating policies and procedures meet established objectives for accuracy, service quality, compliance, and efficiency. Perform the essential job functions with minimal or no assistance and minimal error ratios. Consistently perform quality control on loans Demonstrate expertise in all loan types or products. Assist with drafting, reviewing and training on policies and procedures with regard to loan documentation and booking Partner with the Relationship Teams and Loan Support Services on workflow management to ensure service level agreement (SLA) metrics are adhered to. Provide guidance to the Relationship Team on documentation, booking, or procedural matters Assist during absences, high volume, or other situations in which additional guidance is required. About You: High school diploma One year of related work experience or transferrable skills with an understanding of commercial and collateral transactions Basic understanding of lending regulations Strong reading comprehension Research and problem-solving capabilities Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail Ability to retain multiple forms of information Adapts quickly to change Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology Ability to work independently and collectively within a team environment Experience in loan documentation, loan booking, or quality control Transferrable skills and/or equivalent banking experience in lending transactions with moderate complexity Experience training and mentoring coworkers in a professional setting Ability to triage, reassign, and direct requests to ensure maximum production output Our Benefits: We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is \$23.69 - \$42.38, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
