We offer a professional and fun work environment with frequent free lunches, snacks, lunch and learns, socials, contests, outings and other events.Job you will doTypical Day in the LifeA typical day as a Payroll Compliance Analyst might include the following: *Work with the Lead Auditor to determine an employer's compliance with collective bargaining agreements that relate to employee benefits. *Be trained by and work with a Lead Auditor who will direct the testing assignments as necessary. *Travel with a Lead Auditor to the employer sites, complete assignments, and adhere to the time requirements of the engagement. Who You Are *You are inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes and traveling to different locations to conduct payroll compliance audits (15-20 percent travel is required in the role). *You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet. *You enjoy being a part of a team and collaborating with others. *You have knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries. *You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality. *In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree.
