Job Purpose:

+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | | | | The Department of Kinesiology and Sport Management within the School | | of Education at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA invites | | applications for a full-time, fixed-term faculty member at the rank | | of Lecturer-AT to teach undergraduate courses within the Kinesiology | | program.  Possible teaching assignments may include but are not | | limited to: Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Prescription, | | Exercise and Special Populations, Structural Kinesiology, Exercise | | and Sport Nutrition, Exercise Testing/Lab, Anatomy and | | Physiology/Lab, Motor Learning and Development, Kinesiology Capstone, | | Introduction to Kinesiology and Sport Management.  Advising of | | students and participating in department work and meetings, as well | | as School of Education meetings and committee work is part of the | | role of this position.  Interested candidates will be joining a | | supportive faculty focused on student development and learning. Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D. degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a closely related field
