Northwest Farm Credit Services Identity Access Management Architect in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of an Identity Access Management Architect to join our Infrastructure and Operations department in either our Spokane, Washington or Rocklin, California locations. This full-time position reports to the SVP of Technology and is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise identity and access management solutions for AgWest. The IAM Architect works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Information Security teams, and external partners to ensure that the identity and access management solutions are aligned with business objectives and security requirements. In addition, the Identity Access Management Architect provides technical guidance and support for the identity and access management lifecycle, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, auditing, and reporting. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: $95,000 - $184,000; bonus at target is 18% or 20% of salary, depending on experience. The base salary range for this position in Rocklin, California is: $109,000 - $212,000; bonus at target is 18% or 20% of salary, depending on experience. Job Requirements Design and implement enterprise identity and access management solutions, using best practices and industry standards. Integrate and configure identity and access management tools and services such as Entra ID, Entra Connect, Entra External ID, Entra Conditional Access, Entra ID Governance, Entra Privileged Identity Management, Entra Verified ID, and Active Directory. Manage and monitor the identity and access management operations, such as identity synchronization, authentication, authorization, auditing, and reporting. Perform identity and access management risk assessments and audits: remediate any issues or gaps. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity and access management issues and incidents. Research and evaluate new identity and access management technologies and trends; recommend improvements and enhancements. Train and mentor internal technology teams and other IT staff on identity and access management concepts and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, Information Security teams, and external partners on identity and access management requirements and solutions. Document and maintain the identity and access management artifacts, such as architecture diagrams, standards, and reports. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
