HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: SNAP is seeking qualified individuals for 3 Housing Specialist positions.

*Position Summary: * Works in Homeless Services programs to provide best practice interventions to those experiencing homelessness. Interventions may include but are not limited to: Rapid Re-Housing, Outreach, Coordinated Assessment, Diversion, Prevention, Landlord Liaison services, Supportive Housing, and more. Housing Specialists promote self-sufficiency and stability, provide coaching and support services to assist households in connecting to resources, developing the skills and resources necessary to stabilize and secure permanent housing.  Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of assessment, including planning, service delivery, follow-up, and support. 

Starting Salary for this position is $21.30-$23.96 per hour DOE

Full pay range is $21.30-$30.32
