Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as an Office Administrative Assistant at a small CPA firm in Spokane, WA. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, organizing files, and supporting office staff with daily operations.   Qualifications Must be able to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word; strong keyboarding skills Client communications:  phone/text/email/fax/letter Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
