Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a warehouse role (preferred).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Proven ability to take direction, demonstrate initiative, and embrace new challenges.
• Openness to training, change, and retaining knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble and install furniture according to specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Interpret floor plans and GIZA drawings (preferred).
• Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and pallet jacks (experience preferred).
• Support teamwork by assisting in the training and development of associates.
• Tackle urgent issues with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, even in varied or challenging conditions.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting, stair carries, and prolonged standing.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including ice, snow, and heat.
Additional Requirements:
• Must have your own tools, an activated smartphone, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
