Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch break) About the Role: As a Systems Analyst I, one will focus on providing essential support for IT applications and systems to ensure smooth operations across the organization. This role involves assisting with system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting project and interface implementations. You Will: Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations (provide application, project and interface support) Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system errors and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance our systems and process Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Certifications Associates degree in a computer related field and/or equivalent experience required. 2+ years' experience as Systems Analyst, in a laboratory, healthcare, or similar IT environment. Skills and Abilities Talent for creatively utilizing technology, people, and processes to solve unique business problems with a focus on overall value. Understanding of technology, hardware, software, networking, and lab operations Basic experience with LIS or EMR applications Basic knowledge of HL7 and interfaces Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, PCI, GDPR Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
