Compensation for the Shipping Lead
- $22 - $25 Per Hour DOE
- Monday -- Thursday, 6 am -- 4:30 pm

Responsibilities for the Shipping Lead
- Designate appropriate orders to be processed based on due date and time restraints
- Create packers, and ship to meet customers dock dates while assisting team members with order processing issues
- Mentor the Shipping and Receiving employees by having a good attitude to help to shape the department's culture, motivation, and environment
- Teamwork, collaboration, good communication, empathy, and following proper procedures are keys to a Lead's success
- Function as the primary backup for driver, inventory, and other shipping associates
- Contribute to the training and development of other employees
Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Shipping Lead
- 1 Year previous shipping experience required
- Forklift experience or willing to be trained required
- Experience using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Freight required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly required
Previous Inventory Control experience desired to include understand principles for lot traceability, and identify and support process improvements for department
