Compensation for the Machine Operator
- $16.50 Per hour
- Monday -- Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities for the Machine Operator
- Operate machines such as roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices to shape, shear and manipulate metal into desired output
- Align with company's core values Machine Operators represent the foundation of our commitment to reliably produce products to the highest quality and engineering standards
- Follow work instructions, operate assigned machines to process material until desired outcome achieved
- Inspect material within specified tolerances
- Use hand tools and calipers to measure product
- Track and log job operations
- Maintain and ensure controlled material custody and tracking
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements for the Machine Operator
- Reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have 20/30 or better vision (natural or corrected)
Ability to stand 50% of shift, or depending on machine assignment sit 100% of shift
