This position is full-time, in office, M-F / 8am-5pm. Wage Range is $21.21-$29.70 per hour. Summary: The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team and serves as the first point of contact for employees and pathologists regarding HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Creates and maintains personnel files for employees. Provide administrative support to the HR Team, including benefits/compensation, leaves, recruiting, etc... Act as the first point of contact for Human Resources. Assist with employee and pathologist inquiries. Monitors the HR email box forwarding emails as needed. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources. Assist with event planning and communications. Assist with changes in the HRIS system. Assist with employee onboarding. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Certifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. 2+ years related experience required. Skills and Abilities Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn the ins/outs or our HRIS system, currently ADP. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
