A real estate company operating in Spokane Valley, Washington, is looking for Accounts Receivables Specialist. We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us manage daily accounting tasks.

Job Description:

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and handling our company's incoming payments.

• This role involves ensuring smooth and efficient processing of revenue, generating financial reports, conducting account audits, and maintaining up-to-date records.

• The ideal candidate should be highly capable with good knowledge of bookkeeping and a keen eye for detecting problems.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing all issues related to accounts receivable

• Preparing and mailing invoices, and ensuring timely payments

• Contacting clients about unpaid and overdue accounts, answering their inquiries

• Maintaining accurate and complete financial, client, and audit files

• Preparing financial reports

• Collaborating with the team to enhance financial procedures

  Requirements

• Experience in real estate accounting is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, as well as accounting software.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and data entry skills.

• Detail-oriented with an ability to spot numerical errors.

• Experience with detailed financial data.
