Painter

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Painter to enhance the appearance and durability of our products and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint.

• Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and consistency.

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and other equipment as needed.

• Cover and protect surfaces not being painted.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painter.

• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.

• Ability to work on scaffolding, ladders, and at various heights.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Small team; tight knit environment.

• Non climate controlled (No A/C in summer, but heated in winter).

• 1st Shift: 6am-6pm.
