B shift : 5a-5p/5p/5a Rotating days/nights (HUGE PLUS for both shifts 5 days off in a row once a month)
C shift : 5p-5a Nights

The Spartanburg, SC plant is seeking experienced machine helpers to join our production team. WestRock offers an outstanding work environment, great benefits, and a positive culture.
How You Will Impact WestRock:
*Support the operation of a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
*Maintain general knowledge and understanding of production processes and equipment.
*Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed.
*Follow all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job, position, and department accurately.
*Perform routine adjustments during the production run and maintain production throughout the run.
*Perform all assigned work effectively and on schedule.
*Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations.
*Contribute to quality investigations when necessary.
*Perform other job duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
*Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience in a high-volume setting.
*Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
*Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
*Ability to lift, push and/or pull, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
*Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and management.
*Maintain good attendance.
